1. Introduction

Welcome to Mini Me 3D Figures. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Services Offered

We specialize in the creation of personalized 3D Mini Me Figures. Our services include 3D scanning, custom figure production, and delivery. The products are based on the images and data you provide and are created to your specifications.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website or in person at our studio. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, including your name, contact information, and payment details.

3.2 Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are based on the size and weight of the figure. Please refer to our price list for details.

3.3 Payments: We accept payment through cash and Zelle. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

3.4 Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an order is canceled after production has begun, a refund of only 20% of the total price will be issued to cover the cost of materials and labor incurred. No refunds will be provided once the product is fully processed and completed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Production and Shipping Time: The entire process, including production and shipping, typically takes about 14 business days. This is because both our printing and polishing factory are located in a different country.

4.2 Shipping Costs: Domestic shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout. We offer both local pickup and shipping options.

4.3 Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photographic evidence. We will assist with replacement or repair based on the situation.

5. Product Customization and Quality

5.1 Customization: Each figure is customized based on the data provided by the customer. Once the design process begins, no significant changes can be made without incurring additional charges.

5.2 Quality: We strive to produce high-quality, lifelike 3D figures. However, due to the limitations of 3D printing technology, slight variations in color, texture, and detail may occur.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 No Returns: As each figure is uniquely customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

6.2 Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty or significantly differs from the order specifications. If you believe there is an issue with your figure, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, materials, and data used to create your 3D figure remain the property of Mini Me 3D Figures. You are purchasing the final product and not the rights to the design or any 3D files associated with it.

8. Liability

Mini Me 3D Figures will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data, including 3D scans and images, are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties, except as required to complete your order.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

All legal issues arising under these terms will be governed by Texas law.
